Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

KillSwitch offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Yearly Plan: Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
  • Paid Trial Plan: One-time use only, valid for a limited period as specified at the time of purchase

2. No Auto-Renewal

Important: Manual Renewal Required

KillSwitch does not provide automatic renewal of subscriptions. You must manually renew your subscription according to your plan before it expires to continue using the Service.

  • You will receive notifications before your subscription expires
  • It is your responsibility to renew your subscription before the expiration date
  • Service access will be suspended immediately upon expiration if not renewed
  • You can renew your subscription at any time before or after expiration

3. Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Unused subscription time
  • Technical issues that are resolved
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms
  • Inability to use the Service due to broker API issues
  • Market conditions or trading losses

This policy applies to all subscription plans, including Monthly, Yearly, and Paid Trial plans.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note:

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing periods
  • Service access will continue until the expiration date of your current subscription

4.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@killswitch.in with your account details. We will process your cancellation request within 2-3 business days.

4.3 Service Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service at any time for violations of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Pricing and GST

All Prices Include 18% GST

All subscription prices displayed on our website include 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations. The price shown is the final amount you will pay - no additional charges will be applied.

5.1 Price Breakdown

For transparency, the GST-inclusive pricing structure is as follows:

  • The displayed price is the total amount payable (inclusive of 18% GST)
  • No hidden charges or additional fees will be applied at checkout
  • All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partners

5.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect your current active subscription. New prices will apply only to new subscriptions or renewals after the price change is announced.

6. Paid Trial Plan

6.1 One-Time Use Only

The Paid Trial Plan is designed for one-time use only and cannot be renewed or extended. Key terms:

  • Valid for a single use period as specified at the time of purchase
  • Cannot be renewed or converted to a regular subscription
  • Subject to the same no-refund policy as other plans
  • To continue using the Service after trial expiration, you must purchase a Monthly or Yearly subscription plan

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your billing or charge, please contact us immediately at support@killswitch.in with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or receipt number
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Description of the billing error

We will investigate the matter and respond within 5-7 business days. Please note that billing disputes do not entitle you to a refund unless we determine there was an actual billing error on our part.

8. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

If a payment fails or is declined, your subscription will not be activated. You may retry the payment or contact support for assistance.

9. Subscription Expiration

When your subscription expires:

  • Service access will be immediately suspended
  • You will not be able to use any features of the Service
  • Your trading configuration and broker settings will be retained for up to 90 days
  • To resume service, you must purchase a new subscription
  • No refund will be provided for expired subscriptions

10. Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Charges for services not received due to our error
  • Unauthorized charges on your account

We may, at our sole discretion, provide account credits or refunds. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and do not establish a precedent for future refunds.
